Does violating an oath not to speak require the intention of initiating new speech?

If the person intended speech other than the specific connecting phrase when making the oath, the connecting phrase does not cause violation in either school of thought. Speech that causes violation, whether connected or separated, must be intentional speech initiating a new address.
