Is fasting invalidated by pre-seminal fluid emission (madhy) resulting from kissing while fasting?

Primary text
The fast is invalidated by the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) resulting from kissing while fasting, according to Imam Ahmed and Malik. The rationale is that it is a discharge arising from sexual arousal and caused by direct physical contact, thereby breaking the fast, similar to semen. It is differentiated from urine on this basis.

Abu Hanifa, Al-Shafi'i, Al-Hasan, Al-Sha'bi, and Al-Awza'i hold that the fast is not invalidated by madhy, likening it to urine because it is a discharge that does not necessitate ritual purification (ghusl).
