Is it disliked for a fasting person to use siwak in the late afternoon (Al-'Ashiyy)?

Ahmad and Ishaq preferred that a fasting person refrain from using siwak in the late afternoon. Ahmad supported this based on the statement of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH): "The odor from the mouth of a fasting person is sweeter to Allah than the fragrance of musk." Due to this odor, he disliked the fasting person using siwak in the late afternoon.
