Is kissing while fasting forbidden for those who are not overcome by lust, such as the elderly?

Book of Fasting
Primary text
There are two reported opinions regarding kissing while fasting for one whose lust is not aroused, such as an aged person. One opinion states that it is not disliked for them, aligning with the school of Abu Hanifa and Al-Shafi'i. This is because the Prophet (peace be upon him) kissed while fasting while being in control of his desire, which places such individuals in the same category. Another opinion states that it is disliked because one cannot be certain that lust will not arise, and ritual obligations that prohibit intercourse, like the state of Ihram, should also prohibit kissing for both those whose lust is aroused and those whose lust is not.
