The narration suggesting the Prophet (peace be upon him) applied Kohl while fasting in Ramadan is not authenticated. Al-Tirmidhi stated that nothing sound has been established from the Prophet regarding a fasting person applying Kohl. Therefore, this narration is not considered valid evidence to permit applying Kohl while fasting.
