Primary text

If one gazes and then turns away his gaze, the fast is not invalidated, regardless of whether ejaculation occurred or not.

Supporting text

Malik held that if ejaculation occurred after averting the gaze, the fast is invalidated because the ejaculation resulted from the gazing, similar to the case of repeated gazing.
