Accepting the written communication from the rebel judge to the just rulers' judge is permissible because he is an established judge with enforceable rulings. However, it is preferable not to accept it as a means of diminishing their status.
Supporting text
The People of Opinion do not accept such correspondence because their judgments are considered invalid.
