What is the consequence of suckling when marrying the daughter of one's maternal aunt (bint 'ammat)?

If a man marries the daughter of his maternal aunt and their shared grandmother nurses one of them as a minor, the marriage is dissolved. If the grandmother nurses the husband, he becomes her maternal uncle. If she nurses the wife, she becomes his paternal aunt.
