What is the consequence of suckling when marrying the daughter of one's maternal uncle (bint khāl)?

If a man marries the daughter of his maternal uncle and their shared grandmother nurses one of them as a minor, the marriage is dissolved. If the grandmother nurses the husband, he becomes his wife's paternal uncle. If she nurses the wife, she becomes his maternal aunt.
