Is it permissible to accept milk from a dhimmi woman (Jewish or Christian)?

It is prohibited to seek milk from a Jewess or a Christian woman, according to the statement of Umar ibn Al-Khattab and Umar ibn Abdul Aziz, because the milk becomes mixed, and these women are categorized with the adulteress.
