If the minor girl breastfeeds the divorced adult woman and consummation had not occurred with the adult wife, the marriage with the minor girl remains valid. If consummation had occurred with the adult wife, the minor girl becomes forbidden, the marriage is nullified, and the man must reclaim half of the adult wife's dower.

If the man divorces both wives before the fosterage incident, the ruling regarding prohibition follows the preceding stipulations.
