Does nursing from a man's milk establish kinship prohibitions?
General Chapter
Al-Mughni
Book of Fosterage (Breastfeeding)
Primary text
If two individuals nurse from a man's milk, they do not become siblings, and the prohibition does not extend between the man and the two nursed individuals, according to the view of the majority of their scholars.
Supporting text
Al-Karrabisi held that prohibition becomes attached due to it being human milk, making it similar to a woman's milk. This view is also contradicted by the general consensus because milk not intended for infant nourishment does not create this prohibition.
