Does the permissibility of seclusion and travel with the breastfed child invalidate the wet nurse's testimony?
General Chapter

Book of Fosterage (Breastfeeding)
Primary text
The permissibility granted to the wet nurse to be in seclusion with the child and travel with him, thus becoming a lawful unmarriageable kin (*mahram*) to him, is not considered one of those intended matters that would invalidate testimony.
Supporting text
The argument that such resulting permissions should invalidate the testimony is rejected by analogy to the case where two men testify that another man divorced his wife and emancipated his slave woman; their testimony is accepted even though it makes those women lawful for them to marry.
