What is the ruling if the adult wife's daughter breastfeeds the minor girl with the adult wife's milk?

The ruling regarding prohibition and nullification is the same as if the adult wife herself had breastfed the minor girl, because the daughter of the adult wife becomes the minor girl's foster grandmother. The compensation regarding the dower goes to the woman who caused the nullification (the foster mother, i.e., the adult wife's daughter).
