Primary text

If the daughter of the older sister nurses them, the ruling is the same as if the older sister herself had nursed them. If the man has three daughters (wives), and each one nurses one of the younger wives: the older wife becomes prohibited upon the nursing of the first, and recourse is made against her nurse for the dower owed to her because she invalidated her marriage. The marriages of the younger wives are not dissolved because they have not become sisters to each other; they are merely daughters of maternal cousins. If consummation occurred with the older wife, all become perpetually prohibited, and recourse is made against each nurse for the dower owed to the wife she invalidated.

Supporting text

According to the other narration: the marriage of the first nurse is dissolved due to her joining in marriage with her grandmother (the older wife). The marriages of the latter two are established, and recourse is made for the dower of the one whose marriage was dissolved against the one who performed the nursing. If consummation occurred with the older wife, all become perpetually prohibited, and recourse is made against each nurse for the dower of the wife she invalidated. If we rule that the dower of the older wife is reclaimed, it is reclaimed from the first nurse because she is the one who invalidated her marriage.
