What is the ruling if a man's slave wife nurses his young child?

If a man's slave wife nurses his young child, this invalidates her nursing relationship, thus causing her perpetual prohibition to the husband through fosterage. Her marriage contract is consequently dissolved. Any deferred dower owed to the child-wife reverts to the ownership of the slave herself, as this is a consequence of her wrongful act (jinaayah).
