Primary text
Since the invalidation results from the joint actions of both women, the financial liabilities are apportioned. The husband owes the older woman her full dower. He must seek recovery of three-tenths (3/10ths) of the younger woman's dower from the older woman, and five-tenths (5/10ths) of the younger woman's dower from the younger woman herself, if consummation with the older woman had occurred. If no consummation occurred with the older woman, he owes her half her dower, and must seek recovery of five-tenths (5/10ths) of the younger woman's dower from the younger woman.
Supporting text
There are two differing reports regarding whether the younger woman's marriage is dissolved in this scenario.
