Is a claim of slavery (*ruq*) against an individual who reached puberty, who denies the claim, valid if the claimant lacks proof?

If the claimant of slavery provides no evidence (*bayyinah*) after the declared adult denies the claim, the claim is not accepted. If the claimant possesses evidence, the ruling is in their favor.
