Primary text
If the claimant is a female slave, she is treated like a free woman; however, if her claim of paternity is accepted, her claim regarding the foundling's status as a slave is not accepted, because we do not accept a claim that causes harm to the person, just as we do not accept a claim regarding disbelief if an infidel claims the foundling is also an infidel.
