Primary text

If a child is legally established as the son of two fathers, and one of those fathers passes away, the entirety of the inheritance due from the deceased father passes to the surviving recognized father. The child's lineage to the first father remains firmly established and is not invalidated by the death of the other. This is analogous to a situation where a grandmother inherits the full share that all grandmothers would take, or a single wife inherits the full share that all wives would take collectively.
