What is the ruling if an individual commits an offense warranting retaliation (Qisas) after confessing to being a slave?
General Chapter

Book of Foundlings
Primary text
If the perpetrator committed an offense deserving Qisas, whether the victim (Al-Majni Alayhi) was free or a slave, Qisas must be exacted. This is because the perpetrator's confession of servitude necessitates Qisas if the victim is a slave or free, thus the confession regarding servitude is accepted in this context.
