The ruling when a person claims the lineage of a foundling and a subsequent claimant appears?

Primary text
If a person claims the lineage of a foundling and it is affirmed based on his solitary claim, and then another person claims the foundling, the lineage established with the first claimant is not removed because a ruling was already made based on his claim. However, if the Qiafah attributes the foundling to the second claimant, the lineage transfers to the second claimant, and it is severed from the first. This is because the Qiafah is considered definitive evidence (bayyinah) for establishing lineage, and its judgment removes a ruling established solely by a solitary claim, similar to the effect of testimony.
