Is making a bequest (Wasiyyah) to a female slave valid?

Primary text
Making a bequest to a female slave is permissible because, at the time the bequest takes effect, she is considered free (in terms of executability of the bequest), resembling a wife or any other woman. The validity of the bequest requires adherence to the same conditions as for others, such as justice ('adalah), sanity, and other stipulated requirements. This is valid whether the bequest is directed towards her children, others, or concerns dispersing one-third of the estate, settling debts, or enforcing a prior will.
