If a man possesses a Magian or pagan female slave and has a child with her, or if a disbeliever possesses a Muslim female slave and has a child with her, no Hadd punishment is applied. The master is subject to Ta'zir, the lineage of the child is established to him, she becomes his Umm Walad, and she is manumitted upon his death, based on the established principles.
