When should the Imam commence the Jumu'ah Khutbah?

It is recommended (*mustahabb*) that the Imam begins the Khutbah upon the completion of the *Adhan* (call to prayer) by the Mu'adhdhin, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do this.
