Is it recommended for the preacher to raise his voice during the sermon?

It is recommended that the preacher raise his voice so that the people may hear him. This is evidenced by the description of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, whose voice would rise when he preached, as if he were warning an approaching army, saying, 'The best speech is the Book of Allah, and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, peace be upon him. The worst of matters are newly invented ones, and every innovation is misguidance.'
