Is it recommended to recite specific chapters in the Friday Dawn (Fajr) prayer?

It is recommended (*mustahabb*) to recite Surah Alif Lam Mim Tanzil (As-Sajdah) and Surah Hal Ata 'Ala Al-Insan (Al-Insan) in the Friday Dawn prayer. Ahmad stated this recommendation based on the narration of Ibn Abbas and Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, peace be upon him, used to recite these two chapters in the Friday Fajr prayer. Both were reported by Muslim.

Ahmad disliked the idea of persisting in this recitation habitually lest the people assume it is favored due to the presence of a prostration verse (Sajdah) within those Surahs. However, it is plausible that persistence in reciting them is recommended because the wording of the report implies continuation, and when the Prophet, peace be upon him, performed an act, he established it and continued it habitually.
