Is Jumu'ah obligatory upon a woman?

There is no dispute among scholars whose views are known that Jumu'ah is not obligatory upon women. This is because a woman is not typically one expected to attend gatherings of men, and thus congregational prayer is not obligatory upon her.
Supporting text
If a woman attends the Jumu'ah prayer, her attendance fulfills the requirement, as the exemption from obligation is for ease upon them. If they voluntarily bear the hardship and attend, it suffices them, like the sick person.
