What is the ruling on a sale transaction where one party is obligated to attend Friday prayer and the other is not?

If one party in a sales transaction is obligated to attend Friday prayer while the other is exempt, the prohibition applies to the obligated party. For the non-obligated party, selling is disliked due to participation in assisting with sin. It is also arguable that it becomes prohibited based on the verse: 'And do not cooperate in sin and transgression' (Quran 5:2).
