If the landowner permits burial on their land, they do not possess the right to demand exhumation later, as doing so would inflict harm upon the deceased.
Supporting text
Once the deceased has decomposed and returned to dust, the landowner has the right to utilize the land. However, for any location where we permit exhumation due to the sanctity of a person's property rights, it is recommended to leave the grave undisturbed out of respect for the deceased.
