What is the legal status of someone appointed by a guardian (Wali)?

Primary text
One whom the guardian has appointed holds the same position as the guardian. This is because the guardianship is an authority established for the guardian, which grants him the right to delegate representation in that authority. Therefore, the representative appointed by the guardian takes precedence over others in this matter, similar to the rules governing representation in marriage contracts (Nikah).
