Can a pilgrim in the state of Ihram wash a non-pilgrim, and vice versa?

The washing performed by a person in the state of Ihram for a person outside of Ihram, and the washing performed by a non-pilgrim for a person in Ihram, are both valid. This is because the purification and washing of each individual are valid, thus permitting either one to wash the other.
