Is riding an animal while following a funeral procession disliked (Makruh)?

It is disliked to ride an animal while following a funeral procession. This is based on the report from Thawban who said that the Prophet (peace be upon him) saw people riding while following a funeral and admonished them, saying: 'Are you not ashamed? Indeed, the angels of Allah are on foot, and you are upon the backs of mounts.' This hadith was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi.
