Is using baked bricks (ajur) for grave construction permissible?

Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz forbade building upon graves using baked bricks (ajur) and instructed others regarding this prohibition. Al-Aswad ibn Yazid instructed that no baked bricks should be placed upon his grave. Ibrahim stated that they disliked the use of baked bricks in their graves.
