If the gift was of a pregnant woman, and she gave birth while in the son's possession, the child is considered an attached increase (ziyada muttasilah) regarding the offspring.
Supporting text
It is also possible that the child is considered a detached increase (ziyada munfasilah) if it is held that the fetus has no independent legal standing.
