Is an additional Tawaf (beyond Tawaf al-Ziyarah) required for the Mutamatti' and those who arrived in Makkah without performing Tawaf al-Qudum?

Primary text
For the Mutamatti', a second Tawaf is required after the Sa'i for the Hajj, which is the Tawaf al-Ziyarah, in accordance with the verse {And let them perform Tawaf of the Ancient House} (Quran 29:29). Ahmad affirmed that the Mutamatti' should perform Sa'i for his Hajj, and then perform an additional Tawaf for the Ziyarah. Similarly, for the Mufrid and Qarin who did not perform Tawaf al-Qudum before the Day of Sacrifice, they must begin with Tawaf al-Qudum before Tawaf al-Ziyarah. Ahmad supported this by interpreting the report from Aisha, where she mentioned that those performing Umrah performed Tawaf and Sa'i, then became lawful, and later performed another Tawaf after returning from Mina for their Hajj.

There is a differing scholarly view that the requirement is only for one obligatory Tawaf, which is the Tawaf al-Ziyarah, and this single Tawaf suffices for the Mufrid, Qarin, and Mutamatti', similar to how one prayer suffices for the greeting of the Mosque (Tahiyyat al-Masjid) if the obligatory prayer has already commenced. The view requiring an extra Tawaf (Tawaf al-Qudum) for the Mufrid and Qarin who did not perform it upon arrival, when they should only perform Tawaf al-Ziyarah, is not followed by scholars other than Ahmad, as it is not transmitted from the Prophet or his companions, and Aisha's report only indicates one additional Tawaf (the Ziyarah), not two.
