When to commence the Talbiyah after mounting the vehicle

It is recommended to begin the Talbiyah when one has settled upon their riding animal. This is supported by narrations from Anas and Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (peace be upon him) commenced the Ihram (Talbiyah) when his mount stood upright with him. Ibn Abbas also reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) established the Ihram after finishing his prayer and then commenced the Ihram when he mounted his animal and it stood upright.
