What is the evidence permitting the pilgrim to remove prohibited perfume themselves?

The permissibility rests upon the command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said to the one observed wearing perfume: 'Wash the perfume off you.' Furthermore, the individual is ceasing the prohibited act, which justifies self-removal.
