Is *Fidya* due for sitting or sleeping on a garment scented with *Waras* or Saffron if the barrier between the body and the garment is the wearer's own clothes?

If the barrier between the wearer and the scented garment is the clothing worn on the body, then *Fidya* is due. This is considered equivalent to preventing the use of perfume directly on the body.
