What is the final time for performing Wuquf (standing) at Arafat to validate the Hajj?
Chapter on Ransom (Fidyah) and Penalty for Hunting

Book of Hajj
Primary text
The final time for performing Wuquf is the last night of Eid al-Adha (Yawm al-Nahr). Whoever does not reach the standing until the dawn of that day misses the Hajj. There is no known disagreement on this ruling. Evidence for this is found in the Prophet's saying: "Hajj is Arafat," and the report from Ibn Umar that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever stands at Arafat during the night has attained Hajj, and whoever misses Arafat during the night has missed Hajj; he should exit into Umrah and perform Hajj the following year."
