Who is financially responsible for the required sacrifice if sexual relations occur before shortening the hair during Umrah?

Imam Ahmad ruled that the sacrifice is due from the woman who had sexual relations before shortening her hair from Umrah. This ruling is understood to apply when she consented. If she was forced (ukriha), the sacrifice is due from the man.
