The game hunted within the Haram is subject to guarantee (liability for damage). This liability applies equally to the Muslim and the non-Muslim, the adult and the minor, and the free person and the slave. The sanctity (hurmah) is attached to the location (the Haram) concerning all individuals, thus necessitating a guarantee for the game found there, similar to the liability concerning a human being.
