Is the guide liable if the person being guided had already seen the game before the guidance or indication occurred?

There is no liability upon the guide or the one pointing out the game if the guided person had already seen the game prior to the guidance and indication, because the guidance was not the cause of its destruction. Furthermore, this instance does not constitute actual guidance to the game in the legal sense.
