Is Hajj obligatory for a boy who reaches puberty or a slave who is freed before or during the time of standing (Wuquf)?

Hajj becomes obligatory upon a boy reaching puberty or a slave being freed if they are able to perform it before or during the time of standing (Wuquf). This ruling is based on the principle that Hajj is an immediate obligation that cannot be delayed when performance is possible, similar to the ruling for a free adult. If they miss the Hajj after it becomes obligatory upon them, 'Umrah becomes obligatory instead.
