What happens if a slave in the state of Ihram for a vowed Hajj is freed?

If the slave enters the state of Ihram based on the vow first, that Ihram is converted to fulfill his obligatory Hajj (Hajjat al-Islam), similar to the ruling for a free person who vows to perform Hajj.
