Can a husband prevent his wife from performing a vowed Hajj (Hajj al-Nadhr)?

A husband is not permitted to prevent his wife from performing a Hajj that she vowed to perform, because such a vow makes the Hajj obligatory upon her, making it similar in status to the obligatory Hajj (Hajj al-Islam).
