How should Ihram (state of consecration) be performed for a minor?

A minor must be stripped down for Ihram in the same manner as an adult. It is narrated from 'Aisha that she would strip the children when they approached the Sacred Precinct (Haram). 'Ata stated that what is done for an adult is done for a minor concerning all the rites, except that prayer is not performed on their behalf.
