Is it necessary to have a screen (sutrah) when praying the two rak'ahs after Tawaf in Mecca?
Chapter on Mentioning Hajj and Entering Makkah

Primary text
It is permissible to pray the two rak'ahs after Tawaf without a screen (sutrah). Those performing Tawaf, both men and women, may pass in front of the one praying. The Prophet, peace be upon him, prayed them while the Tawaf was taking place directly in front of him with nothing separating them. Ibn Al-Zubayr used to pray while Tawaf was in front of him, waiting for a woman to pass before prostrating. This ruling applies to all obligatory prayers in Mecca; a sutrah is not required for them.
