Is it recommended to hasten one's pace in the valley of Muḥassir?

It is recommended to hasten in the valley of Muḥassir, which is the area between Muzdalifah and Mina. If walking, one should quicken the pace; if riding, one should urge the mount forward, following the established practice of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and 'Umar ibn Al-Khattab.
