Is it recommended to seek assistance in removing prohibited perfume?

It is recommended (مستحب) that one seeks assistance from a non-pilgrim (حلال) to wash off the prohibited perfume, in order to avoid directly touching the forbidden substance oneself. However, it is permissible for the person to wash it off themselves, and there is no penalty upon them for doing so.
